Had an amazing time at this hotel during my xmas vacation. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect since it was extremely close to the ski slopes and to many restaurants in the area. The private and public onsens were clean and well-maintained. I also enjoyed the fact that the rooms were modern and spacious, which gave me a comfortable and relaxing stay.
I wished the hotel provided daily housekeeping during my stay since I had to clean up myself. the lack of English-speaking staff made it a bit difficult to communicate and ask for recommendations in the area.

Great experience for our romantic getaway. Good price and amazing location close to good restaurants and breathtaking ski slopes. The hotel offers a traditional Japanese breakfast which was a unique experience. The private onsens were also a plus.
The hotel seemed outdated and lacked some upkeep, which made it less desirable for our romantic escape. The walls and carpets had stains, the rooms smelled musty, and the bedding felt old and slightly uncomfortable.

The hotel's location is very convenient, just a short walk to the main street and restaurants. The room was spacious, with traditional furniture and tatami flooring. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The hotel also provided a great buffet breakfast every morning. The staff were kind and always willing to assist guests.
